First party: Ranulf, son of Schuynn de Schittebroch [Skidbrooke].
Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Half an acre of arable land with appurtenances in the territory of Schittebroch [Skidbrooke] lying in Littelcroft next between Philip's land on the north side and the land of the church of St Botolph on the south side. Without any reservation, for a certain sum of money which Philip gave to Ranulf in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly and in inheritance, paying 1d yearly to the lord of the fee at the terms appointed in the soke, for all services and demands.
