First party: Robert, son of Robert son of Alan de Skittebroc [Skidbrooke], living in Bernak [Barnack].
Second party: Master John Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: The whole arable land, meadow and pasture with all appurtenances, liberties and easements which Robert had from the gift and sale of Robert, his father, in the vill and territories of Skitebroc [Skidbrooke] in all places, without any reservation. For a certain sum of money which John gave to Robert in advance. To hold to John and his heirs and assigns of the lord of the fee quietly and in inheritance, paying yearly to the lord the service which belongs to that land for all secular services, customs and demands.
