First party: Nicholas, son of Richard son of Mareun of Skytbrock [Skidbrooke].
Second party: Philip Galle of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: One selion of arable land lying in the fields of Skitbrock [Skidbrooke], namely in that part of the field called Foulesyk, and it extends in length next to Philip's land on the east side and the land of Herbert de Salfletby [Saltfleetby] on the west side, and abuts upon the royal way towards the north on one side and upon the croft called Aldusecroft towards the south on the other. To hold to Philip and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, in inheritance, well and in peace from Nicholas and his heirs, paying yearly to Nicholas and his heirs one clove at the feast of St Botolph for all service, secular exaction and demand.
