First party: William, son of Andrew de Sumercotes [Somercotes].
Second party: Master John Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: The whole of William's land which he had in one place in the territory of Schittebroch [Skidbrooke] lying next between John's land, formerly of John, son of Wlwifhe, on the one side and the land which was of Walter de Lecgesby [Legsby] on the other. To hold to John Galle, his heirs or assigns of William and his heirs freely, quietly and in inheritance, paying 8d yearly to William and his heirs at the four terms appointed in the soke of Gayton, for all services, customs and demands.
