Place or subject: The whole of Gilbert's lands in the vill of Manneby [Manby], namely Gilbert's toft and croft with all buildings at the west of the vill at Potinggraves, one acre between the land of Ysalle, and the land of John, his son, at Bricheswang; half an acre next to the land of Robert son of the priest in Litelscroft; half an acre next to the land of Osbert at Mares; two selions and a half next to the land of Alan the clerk, and between Mares; half an acre next to the land of William Wippeloc on the west of Litelscroft; one selion next to the land of Ranulf at Glenance; half an acre in Westlanges; one selion and outside the court of the lord on the west; one selion next to the land of Simon between the ways; one selion next to the land of Robert son of the priest, in Litelsicfurlanges; half a selion and in another place in Litelsfurlanges; two selions next to the land of William at the Church. To hold of Gilbert and his heirs to Andrew and his heirs freely, quietly and honourably, for ten marks which Andrew gave to Gilbert. Paying 20d to the count of Brittany for the service pertaining to the same land, and to Gilbert one halfpenny, namely 5d at each of the feasts of Christmas, Easter, St Botolph and Michaelmas, and also at Michaelmas one halfpenny to Gilbert and his heirs, for all service, exaction and secular custom.
