First party: [Hugh] Cnotting of Schitebroch [Skidbrooke].
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: One acre of land in Wulfhou in the territory of Schitebroc [Skidbrooke] lying between the land of Adam Cnotting on the north side and Philip's land on the south side, whose limits abut towards the west upon Hondeyles and towards the east upon Philip's land, with all appurtenances, liberties, easements within the vill and outside, with free entry and exit. For one mark which Philip gave to Cnotting in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs or assigns of the lords of the fee freely and quietly, peacefully, in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to the lords of the fee 5½d at the terms appointed in the soke for all services, customs and demands.
