Second party: Philip Galle of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: All their right and claim in the whole land with buildings situated there, lying at Dunes of Schittebroch [Skidbrooke] and Sumercotes [Somercotes] next between the land which Adam de Radheby [Raithby] holds on the north side and the land which was of John Wluifhe on the south side, and abutting towards the east upon the sea and towards the west upon the way. For a certain sum of money which Philip gave to them in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly and in inheritance forever without any challenge or claim from Williams and their heirs by any reason in the name of inheritance.
