First party: Alice, daughter of Joscelin de Wellethon [Welton].
Second party: Philip Galle.
Place or subject: Four 'falls' of land in width lying between the lands of the nuns of Ormesby [Ormsby] on the east side and of John Breton on the west side, which contain one acre and one perch and the sides of which abut towards the south upon Philip's land and towards the north upon Rekehouhe, and whatever Alice had there without any reservation, and one halfpenny of annual rent which Alice was accustomed to receive from Philip for the tenement he holds from her in the territory of Welleton [Welton]. For half a mark which Philip gave to Alice. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely and quietly, in fee and inheritance.
