Place or subject: William granted to Philip and his heirs, on behalf of William and his heirs, that he would warrant and acquit one acre and one perch in the territory of Wellethon [Welton] and one halfpenny of annual rent, which he had from Alice, daughter of Joscelin, towards all men and against all men forever.
County: [Lincolnshire].
