First party: Henry, son of Walter Bec de Luceby [Lusby].
Second party: Walter, son of Henry Bec of Eresby.
Place or subject: Sixty acres of land which Henry held of Walter in Ingoldemeles [Ingoldmells], namely thirty acres of land lying in Westcroft, with all appurtenances, without any reservation; and thirty acres of land lying in Westccroft with all appurtenances towards the south, without any reservation. For this quitclaim Walter gave Henry forty marks.
