Description

Folio: 395v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter E. Grant.

First party: Henry Bec of Luceby [Lusby].

Second party: Walter Bec of Eresby.

Place or subject: Thirteen acres of land and three perches in the territory of Ingoldmeles [Ingoldmells], to be measured by a perch of eighteen feet, lying on the west side of Henry's meadow called Goldland. For his homage and service. To hold to Walter, his heirs or assigns of Henry and his heirs in fee and inheritance, well, in peace, freely and entirely, paying 12d yearly to Henry and his heirs at the feast of St John the Baptist for all service and exaction, but doing foreign service as far as it pertains to fifteen acres of free land from the same fee.

County: [Lincolnshire].
