First party: Henry, son of Walter Bec de Luceby [Lusby].
Second party: Walter, son of Henry Bec de Eresby.
Place or subject: The whole of the demesne which Henry has in the parish of Ingoldemeles [Ingoldmells], with all buildings and his windmill, and with all other appurtenances, excepting lands, services and customs of his villeins living in the same vill. To hold to Walter Bec and his heirs or assigns peacefully throughout four years to be accounted from the feast of Martinmas 1227, for thirty marks which Walter gave Henry in advance.
