Folio: 395. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter E. Agreement.
First party: Henry Bec of Luceby [Lusby].
Second party: Walter Bec of Eresby.
Place or subject: Henry has granted and demised to Walter in the vill of Ingoldemeles [Ingoldmells] the whole land, without any reservation, which Henry had from demesne, namely the whole of that which Henry formerly demised to Thomas the parson of Wilkeby [Wilksby], excepting the land which Geoffrey de Torp holds in fee from Walter and Henry. To hold of Henry and his heirs to Walter and his assigns throughout four years until he has four crops fully. For £10 2s which Walter gave to Henry. He also demised to Walter his mill and all his houses on that land with all appurtenances for four years, and for the four marks which Walter gave to him. [Further details given].
