Second party: Walter Bech of Heresby [Eresby].
Place or subject: The whole land which Ralph Rudde held of Henry in the territory of Yngandemeles [Ingoldmells], without any reservation, with all appurtenances within the vill and outside. For his homage and service. To hold to Walter, his heirs or assigns, excepting religious men and Jews, of Henry and his heirs in fee and inheritance, well, in peace, freely, absolutely and entirely, paying 12d yearly to Henry and his heirs at the feast of St John the Baptist for all service and exaction, but doing foreign service, as far as it pertains to fifteen acres of free land of the same fee.
