First party: Henry Beche of Luceby [Lusby].
Second party: Walter Bech of Eresby.
Place or subject: Walter, son of Osmund de Yngeldemel [Ingoldmells], with the whole of his suit and chattels, together with the whole land which Walter once held of Henry in the vill of Ingoldemel [Ingoldmells]. For his homage and service. To hold to Walter and his heirs of Henry and his heirs in fee and inheritance, freely, quietly and honourably, paying yearly to Henry and his heirs one pair of gloves or 1d at the feast of St Botolph for all services and demands, saving foreign service.
