First party: Gilbert, son of Magnus de Sumercotes [Somercotes], with the advice and assent of his heirs.
Second party: Bovine, son of Ranulf de Sumercotes [Somercotes].
Place or subject: The whole of Gilbert's land which lies between the land of Ranulf son of Hasing and the land of John son of Alan in Scitebroc [Skidbrooke] at Meles. Paying a halfpenny to Gilbert and his heirs yearly at Michaelmas for all service and exaction, for the 12d which Bovine gave to Gilbert.
County: [Lincolnshire].
