Second party: Robert, son of William de Hingaldmeles [Ingoldmells].
Place or subject: The rent of 1d a year which Robert was accustomed to pay to Bennet at the feast of All Saints for the tenement he held of him at Lintheingkes in the territory of Lecke [Leake]. Paying to Bennet and his heirs one grain of pepper at the feast of St Botolph for this tenement.
