Description

Folio: 393v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter E. Quitclaim.

First party: Bennet the fisherman of Fentorp.

Second party: Robert, son of William de Hingaldmeles [Ingoldmells].

Place or subject: The rent of 1d a year which Robert was accustomed to pay to Bennet at the feast of All Saints for the tenement he held of him at Lintheingkes in the territory of Lecke [Leake]. Paying to Bennet and his heirs one grain of pepper at the feast of St Botolph for this tenement.

County: [Lincolnshire].

Additional people: Witnesses: Theobald son of Eustace; Luke son of Elvine; Abraham de Ponte; Bennet Orwyt; Bennet the reeve; Ralph the park-keeper (parcatore); and Richard Sikelta.
