First party: Avin, late wife of Henry de Marisco.
Second party: Gilbert de Marisco.
Place or subject: The whole of Avin's land which could fall to her in the name of dower in the vill of Thedeltorp [Theddlethorpe] and elsewhere, without any reservation both for lands and also for rents. To hold of Avin and her heirs to Gilbert and his heirs during the whole of Avin's life freely, quietly and peacefully, paying yearly to Avin, as long as she is alive, two and a half marks at two terms, namely one mark and 40d at the feast of St Botolph and one mark and 40d at the feast of Michaelmas, for all earthly services, actions and demands.
