Folio: 393. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter E. Quitclaim.
First party: Walter, son of Gilbert de Saufleteby [Saltfleetby], with the consent of Alice, his wife.
Second party: Nicholas, son of Martin de Skitbroc [Skidbrooke], clerk.
Place or subject: All Walter's right and claim in the land on the north side of le Flet lying between the land of John son of Osbert on the east side and the land of Alice de Skytebrock [Skidbrooke] on the west side. To hold to Nicholas and his heirs, doing the service to the lords of the fee, namely a fourth part of 11½d a year. For this quitclaim Nicholas quitclaimed all his right and claim in the land or house which Alice held in the name of dower in the vill of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
