Second party: John, son of Wluiue de Skitebroc [Skidbrooke].
Place or subject: The whole land which he holds of the hospital [of the knights of St John] of Jerusalem by Salflet [Saltfleetby], with the whole messuage built there, lying between the land which was of Godric son of Vinis and the land of Bovine. And it extends from the way as far as the sea. To hold of the hospital freely, quietly and in inheritance, paying 6d yearly for all services and demands.
