Folios: 392-392v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter E. Grant.
First party: Robert, son of Robert de Bernack [Barnack].
Second party: Simon, son of Thomas son of Hugh.
Place or subject: One selion of arable land in the territory of Schitebrock [Skidbrooke] lying in Habingthorp between the land of Thomas son of Hugh on the east side and the land of Roger the vicar on the west side, and it abuts towards the south upon Thuerlandes and towards the north upon the common way. To hold to Simon and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, and in right of inheritance, paying yearly to Thomas son of Hugh a halfpenny at Michaelmas for all secular services, customs and demands belonging to that land.
County: [Lincolnshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: William at the Church; Robert del Heguing; Lawrence, son of Robert of Westorp [Westhorpe]; Adam son of Geoffrey; Hugh, his brother; William the clerk; Peter Frend; and Roger the clerk.
