First party: John, son of Wluiue de Skitebroc [Skidbrooke].
Second party: William, son of Richard the parson of the same vill.
Place or subject: A moiety of the whole land lying at Dunes which contains in width one perch of sixteen feet and in length from Great Grike as far as the royal way towards the east, and it lies between the lands of William son of Godric and William son of Ernise, namely that which John bought from Hugh son of Acke and Juliana, his wife. For his service. To hold to William and his assigns freely, quietly, well and in peace. Paying yearly to John and his assigns one farthing at the feast of St Botolph for all earthly services, demands and exactions.
