Second party: Walter, son of Agnes de Schitebroc [Skidbrooke], and [blank] his wife.
Place or subject: The whole of their right and claim in the land which was of Hugh, their father, in the territory of Schitebrok [Skidbrooke], lying at Dunes between the old gate and the land of Ernise son of Ernise, which Hugh took in exchange for his land of Sumercotes [Somercotes].
