Folio: 391v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter E. Quitclaim.
First party: Emma and Maud, daughters of Hugh son of Godric.
Second party: Walter, son of Agnes de Schitebroc [Skidbrooke], and [blank] his wife.
Place or subject: The whole of their right and claim in the land which was of Hugh, their father, in the territory of Schitebrok [Skidbrooke], lying at Dunes between the old gate and the land of Ernise son of Ernise, which Hugh took in exchange for his land of Sumercotes [Somercotes].
County: [Lincolnshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: Andrew de Schitebroc [Skidbrooke]; Ranulf son of Ernise; William, his brother; Geoffrey son of Margaret; William, son of Humphrey de Salfleteby [Saltfleetby]; and Master Robert, writer of this deed.
