Description

Folio: 391v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter E. Agreement.

First party: Ralph, son of Ernise son of Gille of Scitebroc [Skidbrooke].

Second party: Simon, son of William son of [blank] of the same.

Place or subject: Ralph is to deliver to Simon or his heirs the whole of that land which Ralph holds of Simon at Meles, at Ralph's death without any reservation, unless Ralph begets an heir with his wife, and Simon or his heirs will acquit to Ralph or his assigns the cost for building a house, by the view of law-worthy men.

County: [Lincolnshire].
