Folios: 390v-391. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter E. Quitclaim.
First party: Maud, daughter of Robert del Hill of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Ranulf Russell of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: The whole of her right and claim in three selions with ditches in the territory of Salfletby [Saltfleetby], which Ranulf once bought from Robert, her father, just as the charter which he has concerning this bears witness. For this quitclaim Ranulf gave Maud a certain sum of money in her need.
County: [Lincolnshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: Philip Galle of Salfletby [Saltfleetby]; Philip de Boneyre; Ranulf Pya; Walter son of Andrew; William son of Gilbert; Gilbert the tailor (cissore); Osbert Wyther; and Robert the clerk.
