First party: Maud, daughter of Robert del Hill of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Ranulf Russell of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: The whole of her right and claim in three selions with ditches in the territory of Salfletby [Saltfleetby], which Ranulf once bought from Robert, her father, just as the charter which he has concerning this bears witness. For this quitclaim Ranulf gave Maud a certain sum of money in her need.
