Folio: 390v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter E. Grant.
First party: Gilbert, son of Robert de Sutun [Sutton].
Second party: William, son of Walter de Holm.
Place or subject: One toft in Holm, namely Barfen, which lies between the land of Robert son of Godric on the east side and the land of Walter son of Wygot on the west side, and it extends upon le Adike; and one acre of meadow on the south side of Barfen lying between the land of Robert son of Godric and the land of Walter himself. To hold of Gilbert and his heirs freely, quietly and peacefully, paying 3s yearly to him and his heirs 3s, namely 18d at Easter and 18d at Michaelmas for all earthly services and demands.
