First party: Robert de Treby, master of the house of the hospital of [the knights of St John of] Jerusalem at Malteby [Maltby], with the advice and assent of the brothers living at Maltby.
Second party: Robert de Staveley, their clerk.
Place or subject: One acre of meadow in the fields of Scitebroc [Skidbrooke] in a place called [blank], with all appurtenances, which the master and brethren have by the gift of John Weyles. For his service. To hold to Robert and his heirs or assigns in right of inheritance of the master and brethren freely and quietly, paying yearly to their house of Malteby [Maltby] 12d, namely 6d at Michaelmas and 6d at Easter.
