First party: Thomas, son of Reginald Hornes of Gernumdtorp [Grainthorpe].
Second party: Philip Galle.
Place or subject: The whole of Thomas's right and claim in one messuage in the territory of Skitebrok [Skidbrooke] at Dunes, lying between the land which was of Thomas Norrays on the north side and the land of Roger the chaplain on the south side, whose limits abut towards the east upon the sea and towards the west upon the royal highway, and in one croft on the west side of the salt-work of Richard, son of John de Jerdeberge [Yarburgh], lying next to Hauedyk and abutting towards the south upon the land of William de Sumercotes [Somercotes] and towards the north upon the way. To hold to Philip, his heirs or assigns of Thomas and his heirs in fee and inheritance, paying 6d yearly to the hospital of St John of Malteby [Maltby] for all services.
