First party: William, son of Alan de Manneby [Manby].
Second party: W, abbot of Parco Ludhe [Louth Park].
Place or subject: William notifies the abbot that he has attorned Philip le Vavasur [Vavasour] of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby] to receive to William's use the land with appurtenances which William claims to hold of the abbot in Manneby [Manby].
County: [Lincolnshire].
