First party: Richard de Lee.
Second party: Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster].
Place or subject: Three acres and twenty-six perches of land with appurtenances in the territory of Ingole [Ingoldmells], namely eight selions in Cristescrofte between the land of Henry de Lee on the one side and the land of Henry de Haydok on the other; four selions in Rogerescroft between the land of William de Ingele on the one side and the way which leads to Ingelmer [Ingoldmells] on the other; and two selions in Wytefeld between the land of Henry de Haydok on the one side and William de Ingele on the other. To hold to Edmund and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, well and in peace and inheritance forever. For this quitclaim Edmund gave Richard 40s sterling.
