Second party: Edmund, son of Henry III [Edmund of Lancaster].
Place or subject: Five acres of arable land and meadow in Ingole [Ingoldmells] lying upon le Holdfeld, beginning on the north side and so descending towards the south side. To hold to Edmund and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, well and in peace and inheritance forever. For this quitclaim Edmund gave William 60s in advance.
