First party: Richard Robbe.
Second party: John de Lascy [Lacy], constable of Chester, and Maud de Lascy, his mother.
Place or subject: Richard's whole right and claim in the court of the old hall of Hingoldesmedes [Ingoldmells], both enclosed and not enclosed, enclosed with nine acres of arable land and meadow, with all other appurtenances within the ditch and outside. For this quitclaim John and Maud, his mother, gave to Richard seven marks.
County: [Lincolnshire].
