First party: Richard Hendry.
Second party: Hawise de Quency [Quincy], countess of Lincoln.
Place or subject: Ten marks of rent with appurtenances in Scartho. Whereupon an assize of mort d'ancestor was summoned between them in the same court, namely that Richard quitclaimed for himself and the heirs of the countess and her heirs the whole right and claim he had in the whole rent with appurtenances forever. For this concord the countess gave Richard four marks.
