First party: Robert, son of William de Redingtun, with the advice and consent of his lord, Geoffrey, and his heirs.
Second party: Walter, son of Aschetill of Luda [Louth].
Place or subject: The whole land which Acca held of Geoffrey, Robert's lord, in Saltfleteby [Saltfleetby], namely a certain toft and ten acres of meadow and whatever pertains to the same toft, free and quit from all earthly service and custom. To hold of Robert and his heirs, paying a pound of pepper to Robert and his heirs at the feast of St Botolph for all services. If he wishes to give the same land for his soul or the souls of his parents, he will give it saving Robert's service. [Further details given].
