First party: Ranulf, son of Eudo de Freskena [Friskney].
Second party: Henry de Lascy [Lacy], earl of Lincoln.
Place or subject: Five acres of meadow and one perch with appurtenances in the meadows of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby], two of which lie between the land of Richard son of Matthew towards the east and the land of Gilbert Drury towards the west, and five perches, east and west, between the lands of the abbot of Parco Lude [Louth Park]; and one acre, east, west, north and south, between the lands of Amye Oteyr; and one acre between the land of Amye Oteir towards the west and the land of Gilbert Pormorth towards the east. To hold to Henry and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, well and in peace, in fee and inheritance, without any reservation, doing to the chief lords of the fee the services due and accustomed.
