Second party: Osbert, son of Robert de Saltfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Two and a half acres in the same vill which the dean and chapter have by the gift of his brother, Ralph son of Robert, with all easements which pertain to that land. To hold of the dean and chapter freely and quietly, paying 12d a year for all custom, namely 6d at Easter and 6d at Michaelmas.
