Second party: Walter de Oxcumbe.
Place or subject: One selion of land in the territory of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby] lying in the place called Lansik between the lands of Peter Galle of Manneby [Manby] on the north side and le Mardic on the south side, whose limits abut towards the west upon the land of William de Manneby and towards the east upon le Marregate. To hold to Walter and his heirs or assigns, for a certain sum of money which Walter paid to Gilbert in advance, paying yearly to Gilbert and his heirs one clove within the octave of St Botolph for all services, customs, suits of courts and demands.
