First party: Alan, son of Osbert son of Baldric de Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Robert, son of Ranulf Russell of the same vill.
Place or subject: Certain land in the same vill in the parish of St Clement called Tunke, lying next between Alan's land on the west side and the land of Andrew, son of William Saladin on the east side, and both limits abut upon the land of the same Andrew. To hold to Robert and his heirs or assigns of Alan and his heirs with free entry and exit, freely, peacefully, in fee and inheritance, doing to Alan such service as when Alan ought to mount his horse Robert ought to hold Alan's stirrup, until Alan has mounted, for all services, customs and exactions.
