First party: Robert, son of Hugh de Sumercotes [Somercotes].
Second party: John son of Wlvine.
Place or subject: Robert's whole right and claim in the toft which was of Hugh, Robert's father, at the port of Salflet' [Saltfleetby], where John lives, between the land of Godric son of Osbert and the land of Bovine. For 10s which John gave to Robert.
County: [Lincolnshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: Robert de Salfleteby [Saltfleetby], then chaplain of Schitebrok [Skidbrooke]; Richard the parson; Humphrey de Mannebi [Manby]; Ralph and William, sons of Ernise; Robert son of Ralph; Hugh Knoting; and Master Robert.
