Folio: 383v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Quitclaim.
First party: Agnes, daughter of Hugh son of Godric de Saltfletby [Saltfleetby], and widow.
Second party: Philip Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: Her whole right and claim in the name of dower or inheritance in half an acre of arable land with appurtenances lying in Thirnolleme between the land of Robert son of Hugh on the east side and the land of the abbot and convent of Parco Lude [Louth Park] on the west side. And it abuts towards the north upon the land of the heirs of Peter Galle and towards the south upon the way called Midelgate. To hold to Philip and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, absolutely, entirely and in inheritance.
County: [Lincolnshire].
