First party: Philip de Milay.
Second party: Andrew Galle.
Place or subject: 4d of rent and the service which Odo, Andrew's father, used to do to Philip yearly for the tenement he held of him in the vill of Saufledebi [Saltfleetby]. To hold to Andrew and his heirs of Philip and his heirs in fee and inheritance, for 5s which he gave to Philip.
County: [Lincolnshire].
