First party: Adam le Norays of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle.
Place or subject: 2d of annual rent, namely 1d to be received from Walter le Norays and his heirs at the feast of St Botolph for certain land he held of Adam in the place called Sevenrigel, abutting towards the east upon le Hauedic, one halfpenny from Gilbert de Thedeltrop [Theddlethorpe] and his heirs at Christmas for one selion which Gilbert held of Adam on the east side of le Mare, and one halfpenny from Ralph de Holm and his his heirs at the feast of St Botolph for half an acre of meadow which Ralph held of Adam, lying in Mickeldayle. To hold to Philip and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, well and in peace without any reservation or challenge.
