Second party: Thomas, son of John de Luda [Louth].
Place or subject: One toft and croft which were of Robert son of Ailine in the vill of Salfledeby [Saltfleetby] and which lie between the land of Odo Galle and the land of Clement son of Anger, namely that toft and croft that Thomas gave to William in marriage with Hawise, his daughter. Fully and entirely without any reservation.
