Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle de Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: One selion of land lying between the lands of John son of Godric on the east side and William son of Robert on the west side, whose limits abut upon the way towards the south and towards the north in length of the croft of John son of Roger, with all appurtenances and liberties pertaining to the land of the croft and toft, in all places, commons, marshes, meadows, ways, paths, waters, territories and in all other things within the vill and outside. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly, in fee and inheritance, paying yearly one halfpenny for all service, secular exaction, suits and demands at Christmas.
