First party: Thomas, son of Simon son of Alvyn de Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Four acres of land with appurtenances in the territory of Salfletby [Saltfleetby] lying in the place called Estcrofth, namely next to the land of Herbert de Salfletby on the east side and the land of Alan and Adam, Thomas's brothers, on the west side, and abutting towards the south upon le Neudik and towards the north upon le Maredik. To hold to Philip and his heirs of Thomas and his heirs freely, quietly, in fee and inheritance, paying 4d yearly to Thomas and his heirs, namely 1d at each of the feasts of Easter, St Botolph, Michaelmas and Chirstmas, for all service, exaction, suit of court and demand.
