Second party: Philip Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: The whole land which Andrew, Gregory's father, gave to Gregory in the vill of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby], with buildings, tofts, crofts, arable lands, meadows, pastures and pasturages and all liberties, easements and appurtenances, in ways, paths, fields and in all other places pertaining to those lands within the vill and outside, fully and entirely without any reservation. To hold to Philip and his heirs or assigns of the lords of the fee freely, peacefully, in fee and inheritance, paying yearly and doing to the lords of the fees the customs, farms and services pertaining to those lands.
