Place or subject: Ten acres of land in Saltfletebi [Saltfleetby], which Walter's father gave to Walter, namely those in which Robert Raven and Ivo, his brother, lived. To hold of Walter and his heirs in fee and inheritance, freely and quietly, paying yearly to Walter and his heirs or assigns 16d at these terms, namely 4d at each of the feasts of Christmas, Easter, St Botolph and Michaelmas, for all service, custom and exaction.
