Second party: Philip Galle.
Place or subject: 10½d of annual rent and the whole right and claim which William has, had or could have in all the lands and rents he holds of the gift of William's ancestors or by inheritance, with all appurtenances. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly and in inheritance, paying 4d yearly to William and his heirs at the feast of St Botolph for all services, customs and demands.
