Folio: 379. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: Simon, son of William de Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: The whole of Simon's land without any reservation which he had between le Mardicgate and Saltcotemures, lying in a place called Forlandes, whose limits abut upon le Nensedic towards the west and upon the great bank towards the east. To hold to Philip and his heirs of Simon and his heirs freely and peacefully in fee and inheritance.
County: [Lincolnshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: Walter de Oxecumbe; Herbert de Salfletebi [Saltfleetby]; John son of Walter; Walter son of Walter; Alan de Manneby [Manby]; Walter son of Reginald; and William son of Robert.
