Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: One acre and one perch of land in the territory of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby] in the parish of All Saints lying between the land of Robert son of Aschel on the south side and the land of the parson of the church of St Clement of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby], whose limits abut upon le Neudic towards the north and upon le Delylegate towards the south. To hold to Philip and his heirs of Walter and his heirs freely and quietly in fee and inheritance, paying 2d yearly to Walter and his heirs for all service and secular exaction, namely 1d at Easter and 1d at Michaelmas.
